Rose Arbuthnott, has been experimenting with ‘encapsulated corn’, wrapping and coating the cobs in
clay and using high firing methods to obtain a silvery inner coating to the ‘casement’. She intuitively
responds to the subject, and intends to work in glass, as well as drawing and making connections
with local artisans.
