Currently my work in a civil partnership is to coordinate communication and dissemination of topics related to food sovereignty and sustainable cultivation and consumption of amaranth, through audiovisual media culture, and management workshops in schools in rural and city of Oaxaca.

After seeing the first residents work I feel very motivated to keep the dialogue regarding the issue of amaranth and efforts to contribute to the rescue of this seed as nutritious and valuable food.


I feel that these expressions focused reassess the quality of our food artistically, closely matches my motivations and opens the opportunity to be part of an exchange of experiences between two cultures and a very important time in our approach because problem that exists with food shortages in some places and poor in others.
